In this interesting role you will manage a team of specialists in the functions of eForensics in the High Tech Crime Unit (HTCU) ensuring an efficient, timely and high quality service and optimising the available technologies. You will also act as the Technical Focal Point for ISO17025 Quality Standards, delivering training and mentoring along with establishing and measuring the technical competency of all technical staff. 

Key duties will include:

  • The day to day supervision of the HTCU in partnership with the Operational HTCU Supervisor

  • A significant involvement in the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 17025 Quality Standards in HTCU, acting as the Technical Focal Point.

  • Active engagement with other supervisors / managers / partners in the delivery of project work and supporting change

  • Development of operational strategies
