We are recruiting HR Administrator's to join us on a fixed term contract/secondment or permanent basis.  Our HR team support two specialist regional units that protect communities from the threats of serious organised crime and terrorism and no two days are the same.  This administrative role provides support to the recruitment life cycle in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for somebody that has a minimum of one years’ administrative experience, possesses excellent communication skills and is well organised.  

You will be the first point of contact for HR queries so you must have the ability to relate to a wide range of people and be comfortable doing this. Ideally, somebody who is passionate about a career in HR, with proven participation and interest in continued professional development.

We support and encourage flexible and agile working, however the demands are such that this is a full time role and you will need to attend the office on a frequent basis and may occasionally be required to travel to other sites in the south east region.

The office base location is difficult to access via public transport therefore we are seeking somebody that holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.

Security is of paramount importance to us due to the nature of the role. You need to be a British National and resided in the UK for the past five years for Security Clearance (SC.  You will be required to successfully pass and maintain the relevant security clearance in order to perform the role.
