Near M4 Junction 12
TVP Broad Band 3F
£27,580 per annum plus 5% on call allowance
Full Time
Permanent

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Facilities Supervisor with a wide range of property/facilities experience to proactively supervise CTPSE buildings and facilities. This will include overseeing contract arrangements, managing contractors on site, carrying out legislative Health & Safety compliance checks and tests, and maintaining excellent customer service levels.

This person will have the ability to assess building faults and take responsibility for ensuring the issues are resolved in a timely manner.  Previous experience of managing a small team is also required.

Experience of managing facilities in a security environment would be beneficial

There is a requirement to cover an on call rota so we are looking for somebody who can be flexible in their working hours and is happy to travel to different locations across the South East region.  A full driving licence is therefore required, as there is a need to be independently mobile due to the nature of the role and requirement to travel across the region at any time during the day.

Due to the nature of our work, security is of paramount importance to us and therefore it will be necessary to pass and maintain vetting level SC.  In order to achieve this, you must be a British National and have resided in the UK for the past five years. Exemptions apply for overseas or other diplomatic service (with HM Government), and studying abroad.

You can find more information about security vetting here.
