In this role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and support services, either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. The role will support the Tools and Reporting Lead in bringing new automation solutions to streamline services offered to the force, as well as identifying service improvements to the Tools and Reporting portfolio. You will be required to find solutions to problems faced by the ICT department and the wider force, bringing greater efficiency, as well as getting involved in market leading technologies.

 

You will need to demonstrate:

 

  • Good communication skills with a proven customer focused approach.
  • Proactive attitude to work, self-motivated, with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate into technical workflow.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, specifically ITSM.
  • Proven experience working with or on Enterprise level software.
