Role profile: Permanent - Police Constable - AIU Innovation - Forcewide
In this role, you will be responsible for to support the AIU Sergeant – Innovation in the review and analysis of learning from other forces, internal performance information, victim feedback and experience of the AIU operational delivery functions, to identify opportunities for the ongoing continuous improvement and transformation of the AIU. In so doing, improve the quality of service provided to victims, the identification of vulnerability, threat, harm and risk that would otherwise have been missed, whilst maximising opportunities to solve crime and prevent future crime.

If you are currently in a force critical post, there is an expectation that you will remain in that post for a minimum of two years before applying to change roles (or 18 months for custody sergeants).
Candidates may be required to pass vetting and OHU or attend assessments and courses for this role. If any of these are failed the candidate will be posted back to their previous position. Postings are determined in accordance with organisational need although consideration will be given to personal circumstances.

Vetting. All posts require a level of Police Vetting as per the National Vetting Code of Practice.
