Digital Business Change Advisor (Kidlington or Netley)
Location is Kidlington or Netley
In this exciting role, you will support the Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police Integrated System Support team, ensuring that business plans are aligned with our Digital Strategy. You will develop relationships and interaction between internal and external stakeholders regarding significant future activities impacting on and involving Digital. You will identify new and innovative approaches to performing business activities across both forces, influencing the design of business processes and systems to achieve improved performance and cost reduction.
New technologies and alternative ways of working are transforming the way we protect our communities and bring people to justice. Our ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Exceptional collaboration skills, able to work with and successfully influence across teams, departments and organisations
- A strong business analysis background, having delivered ICT or Digital services in similarly complex environments
- A good understanding of IT architecture, Networks, Cloud technologies and Infrastructure

Vetting. All posts require a level of Police Vetting as per the National Vetting Code of Practice. The residency requirement is necessary to enable all applicants to be checked in an equitable manner. Thames Valley Police will allow applicants to apply who do not necessarily reach the criteria as long as they have proven UK residency and supporting evidence where necessary.
