Administration Assistant

As an Administration Assistant, you will work within the ICT Commercial team in partnership with Finance and Procurement to support the ICT department. You will be responsible for administration tasks as directed by the Commercial Analyst including quote sourcing from suppliers, and raising purchase orders for goods within our finance system. You will have a good working knowledge of excel and be able to prioritise and organise your work effectively.
You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills, work with a diverse and friendly team, and contribute to the success of the ICT department across Hampshire and Thames Valley Police forces.
Must have capability to travel to different locations across both Forces and undertake all assignments in a timely manner. Due to the requirement to work flexibly, unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working; public transport may not be available or suitable at these times. For this reason a full UK driving licence is considered essential.
