Part-Time: 16 hours per week.  Please note that this vacancy is currently located at Bletchley but will be moving to Milton Keynes during the first half of 2020.

In this interesting role you will prepare, research and action the agenda for the Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangement (MAPPA) meetings in accordance with national guidelines. You will take and write up minutes ensuring items are actioned by relevant partners and maintain strong lines of communication with partner agencies and other Forces. In addition you will maintain the national ViSOR database of sex and violent offenders ensuring accurate input of data and carry out research on intelligence systems completing risk assessments where required. 

It is essential that you have a high level of literacy and numeracy along with recent and relevant experience of minute taking and the ability to coordinate and manage high levels of work with conflicting demands. You will need excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external customers along with a proven ability to remain emotionally resilient at all times when dealing with the administration of confidential cases.

Along with all other posts in Force Crime, Intelligence and Specialist Operations Departments, this role will require an enhanced level of vetting.

Interviews will take place on Thursday 5th December 2019.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake psychological screening.
