Fixed Term Contract:  12-18 months

Thames Valley Police with Surrey and Sussex Police Forces, have entered into the first Tri-force, cloud based procurement and implementation of a single Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution (IT system covering HR; L&D; Finance; Payroll and Duties and Fleet Management. This is a large scale, business critical programme covering 5 counties in England, with scope for a further 32 public sector organisations to procure the same selected solution over the course of the contract period. A new single instance ERP is undoubtedly a key enabler to driving efficiencies within the back office as well as delivering significant operational benefits to frontline policing.

The Equip programme offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organised, self-motivated colleague to join a high profile, transformational venture. The Equip Team is looking to recruit a Finance Trainer to maintain and deliver a comprehensive and detailed training programme across three forces to cover all aspects of the finance functions. You will need to have finance knowledge and an understanding of large ERP/Finance systems (preferably D3650), together with the ability to deliver a comprehensive training programme to staff at all levels of the organisation. 

Location would be at Kidlington, Guildford or Lewes, however the successful candidate must have the flexibility to travel between Forces and other locations in order to deliver training across the tri-force.
