In this role you will provide specialist occupational health advice to the Force by establishing Police Officers, Specials, Support Staff and Volunteers fitness for work. You will promote health, safety and well being to all members of staff.

You will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a Certificate/Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing. Recent experience within an occupational health environment is essential together with an ability to communicate information effectively, both verbally and in writing. You will be confident and able to adapt your style when dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, have the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise with excellent time management skills. The ability to maintain information in a confidential manner is required together with being IT literate in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new systems. You will have the capability to travel to different locations across the Force and undertake all assignments in a timely manner.
