INTERNAL/EXTERNAL VACANCY

This is a generic role within the People Services Team; however you will primarily provide comprehensive advice and guidance on first tier People Support Services, which includes management of the Helpdesk/Portal and People Administration Services. The post holder will be based at HQ North.

A vocational qualification along with previous generalist HR experience is desirable. You will need to demonstrate recent and relevant management experience, including management of people and processes with some financial/budgetary awareness. Experience of customer service and business processes is essential. You will need to be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and use of HR IT systems (preferably PeopleSoft). The post holder will possess excellent interpersonal / oral and written communication skills to enable them to interact with staff, customers, senior managers and members of the public. You will also need the ability to manage, review and prioritise workloads across the team.

Interviews will be held on Thursday 29th March 2018. Candidates will be required to deliver a presentation as part of their interview.
