As a Junior Project Manager within ICT you will manage work packages and small/lower complexity ICT projects, including assets & resources within the project scope.

You will ensure that your projects are well planned, managed and controlled to make most efficient use of allocated resources and finances, and maximise delivery of business benefits within your projects, and their contributions to associated programmes and/or the wider portfolio.

You will be organised, with the ability to plan deliveries across a variety of pieces of work and able to balance competing priorities to achieve the desired outcomes. The successful candidate will join a team with a supportive team culture and will be taking on a role that has a potential path to advancement within the PM discipline.

This role is suitable for hybrid working. Attendance is expected in the office for key meetings and activities (please note this will vary month to month, depending on demand), with the remainder of the time working from home. Expected split is 30% in office and 70% WFH, but this may vary depending on project activities and requirements.

Must have capability to travel to different locations across the Forces. Due to the requirement to work flexibly, unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working; public transport may not be available or suitable at these times. For this reason a full UK driving licence is considered essential
