The IT Service Desk acts as the first point of contact for both Thames Valley Police and Hampshire Constabulary for all ICT issues, providing telephone and web chat support to end users. It is a fast paced and dynamic environment, where you will need to adapt to respond to high demand and emerging issues. 

As an Analyst, you will need to have experience in understanding and explaining complex technical information to different audiences. You will be an enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You will have analytical skills and good attention to detail. In this role previous experience of working in an IT Service Desk and strong technical skills are considered essential. 

This role could be carried out remotely, with the occasional requirement for travel to Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police offices.
