Thames Valley Police is looking for a talented manager to lead a diverse team of communication experts. As Digital and Creative Services Manager your portfolio will be diverse, including social media, web design, graphic design and photography . Your team is part of the Corporate Communications department which is responsible for all internal and external communications and engagement for the largest non-metropolitan police force in England and Wales. 

 

Within this interesting role, you will develop and maintain the corporate brand design guidelines ensuring force brand identity and values are represented and communicated effectively and consistently through all appropriate channels on and off line.

 

You will also lead on the use of digital and social media to encourage community interaction with policing, particularly with hard to reach groups, building trust and confidence in the force and underpinning its legitimate role in the community.

 

 

You do not have to be an expert in all the areas you manage – your team are all specialists in their fields – but you have to be willing to broaden your expertise, facilitate the development of great products, and lead this great team.

 

You will be based in Thames Valley Police HQ South, Kidlington.
