CCTV Co-ordinator - Major Crime
In this interesting role you will supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the CCTV Investigators Viewing Team to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided. You will view and assess CCTV and other digital, video and audio data in various formats, liaising with Senior Investigating Officers to develop and implement a bespoke strategy for each investigation to ensure efficient scoping, retrieval viewing and preparation of an evidential product in line with the investigative parameters set by the Senior Investigating Officer. The CCTV Co-ordinator will provide evidence in court when required.
You will be experienced in producing detailed and accurate reports with the ability to deliver presentations, problem solve, investigate and draw together data from hard drives, cloud storage and other platforms. You will also have a proven ability to work confidentially and be able to prioritise and monitor high workloads in a pressurised environment whilst maintaining an awareness of a team’s work.
A full driving licence is considered essential as capability to travel across the Force is required in order to undertake assignments in a timely manner and work flexibly.
