The IT Service Desk Analyst acts as the first point of contact for both Thames Valley Police and Hampshire Constabulary. You will provide telephone and web chat support to end users, with the ability to explain complex information to different audiences. You will be an enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You must be familiar with computers, have analytical skills and good attention to detail.

 

This role and any necessary training, is currently being carried out remotely. In future, there may be occasional requirement for travel to Thames Valley Police and Hampshire Constabulary offices.


If you have not held residency in the UK for at least 12 months within the last 3 years, we will not be able to process an application from you.

Vetting.  All posts require a level of Police Vetting as per the National Vetting Code of Practice.
