Thames Valley Police are looking for an energetic and innovative candidate to lead a team in ensuring the smooth running of key organisational processes and planning. With excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small team, looking for new and better ways to consistently deliver results. This is a very stimulating and varied role, which will allow you to get involved in high-level activities, gaining invaluable skills in strategy, planning, analysis, organisational risk and consideration of future threats.

Working directly to the Head of Strategic Governance as part of the management team, you will also be responsible for driving improvements, making the team a better place to work and professionally developing them. Strong leadership skills are essential, with the ability to inspire confidence across all levels of the organisation.

Thames Valley Police is the largest non-metropolitan police force, with over 7,000 officers and staff delivering policing services to a diverse population of 2.34 million people across three counties.
