Police Officer New Recruits

Policing
Amersham, Aylesbury, Berkshire, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes
£25,124 (which includes a £2,000 South East allowance)
Full Time
Permanent

Please note that we are particularly interested in candidates who can work in Buckinghamshire or Berkshire, meaning you must reside within 20 crow miles of two of our main stations in those counties. This is not to say that we will not accept applications from people who live in Oxfordshire but there are more opportunities currently in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire so we will be prioritising candidates who can work from those areas.

The role of a police officer is like no other. It can be tough and unpredictable at times but it can also be extremely rewarding and no two days are ever the same. You will work towards making life safer and more secure for those living within your local community.

You will be fully trained to protect the public, provide a reassuring presence in the community, support victims of crime and investigate complex offences using a mixture of cutting-edge technology and time-proven traditional methods.
