INTERNAL/EXTERNAL VACANCY

Location: Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue HQ, Calcot, Reading

In this role you will monitor, interpret, investigate and audit information held on the Apricot System in compliance with Management of Police Information (MoPI)/Quality Assurance Framework, ensuring information is correct and deadlines for ‘follow ups’ with members of the public are met.

The successful candidate will have a good standard of education with knowledge or a willingness to learn police systems and current policing legislation, policies and procedures. A high level of computer literacy is required with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of other Microsoft software to investigate, present and interpret data. Strong problem solving, communication and relationship building skills are required with the ability to impact at all levels. The ability to build effective working relationships across departments whilst being able to work in a secure and confidential environment is required whilst recognising sensitive information and maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
