As a Systems Engineer within the Platform as a Service team, you will be responsible for the configuration and support across a variety of on premise and cloud-based platform technologies such as Identity and Access Management, Messaging, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Your role is to support our business-as-usual initiative by working collaboratively with other teams and ensuring regular maintenance activities are carried out and completed on time whilst also providing incident/request/problem support within the agreed service levels within the ITIL Framework. You will possess excellent problem-solving skills to investigate, diagnose and rectify issues relating to infrastructure services.

This is a hybrid role, based at either Kidlington or Southampton. Applicants need to live within 2 hours of the base location due to the call out requirement.
Capability to travel across the Force is required in order to undertake assignments in a timely manner and work flexibly. Due to unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working public transport may not be suitable. For this reason, a full driving license is considered essential for this role.
