Working within the team of investigators who provide a 24/7 response to terrorism offences and taking action against those posing the highest threat to national security across the south of the country is both challenging and rewarding.

The investigation function of the Counter Terrorism Network is integral in reducing those national security risks and falls within the Pursue element of the national CONTEST strategy.

We welcome applications from substantive Detective Constables to join the investigation team. The successful candidate will be PIP2 accredited

Security is of paramount importance to us due to the nature of the role. You need to be a British National and resided in the UK for the past five years for Security Clearance (SC) and ten years for Developed Vetting (DV)  You will be required to successfully pass and maintain the relevant security clearance in order to perform the role.
