We welcome applications from Detective Sergeants for the role of CT Nominal Management Supervisor within our new Nominal Management team.

This team has arisen through Project Semper, which has set out to deliver a number of changes to the ways that the CT Policing network and its partners approach Nominal Management; moving away from being an activity that is carried out in different ways across the network, towards being a capability that is subject to a singular governance structure and delivers enhanced outcomes by adopting consistent ways of working.

In this role, the successful candidate will manage a team of Nominal Management officers, providing quality assurance and acting as the first point of escalation.  The candidate will become a subject matter expert and will supervise cases and ensure they meet agreed standards.
