As part of the wider NPCC Cyber Crime Programme the South East Cyber Resilience Centre (SECRC) forms part of a wider Network of 10 Centres across England & Wales

Established as a not for profit Limited Company the SECRC establishes an effective partnership between Policing, commercial and educational sectors, seeking, through the provision of expert advice, tailored memberships, and cost-effective services to grow and strengthen the South East’s resilience to online crime and cyber- attacks.

The successful candidate will be expected to grow the SECRC’ seeking to extend its reach and ability to support the business, third sector and wider public sector organisations of the South East

As a registered Company Director the successful candidate will be expected to secure the Centres financial sustainability; as well, through working with the NPCC Police lead and other Centre Directors, help to inform the longer term aims and sustainability of the wider Network of Centres

The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate outstanding liaison and engagement skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement change, at pace. Possession current or recent experience of policing at Superintendent level, or the clear ability to do so, the candidate will need to be a creative thinker, able to effectively negotiate and influence, as well as deliver strong stakeholder confidence, at all levels.

Flexibility and travel are required across the southeast region.
