One vacancy - to be based at either Aylesbury, Reading or Cowley

In this newly created role you will ensure the effective management of all Missing and Exploitation Teams ensuring the appropriate police response, lawful information sharing and referral to other agencies. You will collaborate with partner agencies to development and maintain an effective multi-agency service along with identifying patterns and threats in relation to missing and exploitation information/intelligence. 

You will have a proven ability of working within safeguarding partnerships at a senior level along with excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills. You will also have proven management experience in a demanding, fast paced role with the ability to coach, develop and mentor staff remotely. 

Along with all other posts in Force Crime, Intelligence and Specialist Operations Departments, this role will require an enhanced level of vetting.  

Capability to travel across the Force is required in order to undertake assignments in a timely manner and work flexibly. For this reason a full driving licence is considered essential for this role. 

It is anticipated that interviews will take place on 19th and 23rd April and 2nd May.
