As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the forces implementation of a new ERP using MS Dynamics AX. Thames Valley Police are part of a Tri force delivery programme and you will be required to work with colleagues from two other forces (Surrey and Sussex) and the implementation partner. You must have capability to travel to different locations across the Forces.

 

This pivotal role focuses on the technical delivery of the solution, working in a highly complex environment and integrating with live operational systems.

 

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate:

  • You are experienced Project Manager with a successful track record in the delivery of complex, large scale application and Infrastructure projects.
  • You have delivered two or more ERP implementations in medium to large enterprises ideally includes MS Dynamics AX
  • You hold current certifications in PRINCE, PMP, ACP or equivalent
  • You are versatile in managing complex stakeholders and engaging at C-level
  • Experienced in Finance and HR Processes

 

TVP as an employer contribute 13.5% of pensionable pay into a member’s pension pot. You will be entitled to 30 days of annual leave per annum pro-rata for part time (plus Bank Holidays). Click here to watch a video about the ICT Department and what it means to work with us.
