This is an exciting opportunity to join the Accreditation and Quality team (part of Learning and Professional Development) in the role of Accreditation and Quality Specialist. Thames Valley Police offers a variety of apprenticeship programmes which includes Emergency Service Contact Handling. In addition to providing high quality on and off the job learning, we fully support our apprentices to successfully pass end-point assessment.


In this role you will clearly communicate the requirements of the Emergency Service Contact Handling end-point assessment process to apprentices and their line managers. You will support them to gather the required evidence and will coach and prepare them for the assessment.


Experience in coaching and assessment, alongside strong interpersonal skills, are required for this role. The employees who you will work with will be based in Oxfordshire and Milton Keynes, so you must be prepared to travel.
