The Quality and Information Assurance team provide a critical role in safeguarding the solutions and services we provide. It is complex, challenging and high profile work. You will be keeping critical IT Infrastructure, data, systems and communications safe and secure against a number of threats. This team is also responsible for the Quality assurance and guidance of all process and procedures within ICT. You will be expected to work from different locations depending on the business need.

  • Can you translate and explain the complex and technical for non-technical stakeholders?
  • Can you weigh the operational risk and impact vs the technical risk and cost, and provide options for consideration to Senior Management?
  • Can you create and own a Quality Management System to provide tangible assessment, assurance and continuous improvement through an evidence base?
  • You will need to demonstrate outstanding communication skills and being able to engage effectively with technical staff, business users and senior stakeholders is essential
  • Do you have a proven track record in establishing verifiable quality measures and continuous cycles of improvement in all areas of influence?
  • Can you evidence your excellent leadership skills in creating, leading and managing high performing teams?
