In this new and exciting role you will support the Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police joint Digital Department by developing and assisting with the implementation of strategic Digital future through engagement with end users, oversight of in-scope projects and maintaining excellent working relationships with ICT stakeholders.

New technologies and alternative ways of working are transforming the way we protect our communities and bring people to justice. This role provides the opportunity to be at the forefront of Digital Business Change; delivering multiple business and technology change initiatives across various business areas and disciplines across both forces. You will be at the centre of changing our culture and behaviour with regards to digital technology. Applying your knowledge of new and available technologies across industry will enable policing to be brought firmly into a new digital era.

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

·       Exceptional collaboration skills, able to work with and successfully influence across teams, departments and organisations

·       A sound understanding of change and/or project management principles

·       Excellent interpersonal skills, able to adapt to solve problems

·       An understanding of how digital technology affects organisations and their business objectives
