In this new and exciting role you will provide a comprehensive, efficient and flexible administrative and secretarial support service to Thames Valley Police and Hampshire Constabulary’s joint Digital Portfolio, with specific assistance given to the Head of Department and senior management team. 

This role will form an integral part in supporting the smooth running of a brand new digital team spanning across two forces; resolving and responding to general digital enquiries and correspondence, sometimes confidential, and liaising regularly with key internal and external people.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate: 

·         Recent experience in an admin support, personal assistant or secretarial role

·         Confidence in communicating with individuals at all levels across numerous business areas and applying discretion where                  appropriate

·         High level of computer literacy with a keen eye for detail
