An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this dynamic and challenging department as a Trainer. You will facilitate consistent, relevant and effective learning, undertake design work specific for Contact Management delivery and create and review existing products. You will verify and support the department’s vocational qualifications and provide ongoing support, and development for staff. The role will also involve the supervision of course participants and their welfare.

The successful candidate will have a good standard of education and should have obtained a basic training qualification or equivalent. Recent and relevant knowledge and experience of Contact Management is essential. You will have effective communication skills with proven ability to present information and ideas effectively and persuasively. The ability to make fair, valid and reliable decisions is also essential.

The post will be based in Kidlington but will require flexibility and travel throughout the force area. A full UK driving licence is required.
