Fixed Term Contract for up to 12 months with the potential to extend

In this role you will effectively and efficiently investigate, detect and reduce crime in line with force priorities and work in partnership with other agencies to deliver safeguarding.

It is essential that you have effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide audience along with proven analytical and decision making skills.  You will also be self- motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.  You will need to be an experienced investigator qualified to PIP 2 level.

Capability to travel across the Force is required in order to undertake assignments in a timely manner and work flexibly.  Due to unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working public transport may not be suitable.  For this reason a full driving licence is considered essential for this role.

Vetting.  All posts require a level of Police Vetting as per the National Vetting Code of Practice.
