For the purposes of safeguarding national security, applicants who do not hold or acquire appropriate security clearance and meet the nationality requirements cannot be offered the post. This post is therefore restricted to UK nationals.

In this role you will support the Quality & Performance Manger in the delivery of quality standards, performance and training services across the Forensic Investigation Unit (including SECTU and SEROCU) and seek improvements to service delivery where possible. You will also be responsible for maintaining, auditing and reviewing accredited units to ensure compliance and resolve any non-conformances. The successful candidate will work one day from Kidlington and four days for SECTU/SEROCU. 

You will need to have a good standard of education with excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills. It is essential that you have proven experience in the preparation and delivery of training along with previous experience of working within an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) accredited environment.  

Capability to travel across the Force is required in order to undertake assignments in a timely manner and work flexibly.   For this reason a full driving licence is considered essential for this role.  

Along with all other posts in Force Crime, Intelligence and Specialist Operations Departments, this role will require an enhanced level of vetting.
