This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly collaborated Contact Management Department in the role of Performance Analyst. You will provide an analytical service to Senior Management at both Departmental and Force level, analysing Contact Management performance in managing demand, identifying and managing risk and delivering a quality of service. This will involve analysing processes, policy and performance across a number of business areas. You will then produce briefing papers and presentations incorporating your key findings and inferences for use in performance review meetings.

Working closely with your Hampshire Constabulary counterpart and other stakeholders you will be key in developing and implementing the new Contact Management performance framework.

Experience in analysis (using a range of analytical techniques) is essential to the role. You will have strong problem-solving and decision making skills and a good attention to detail with the ability to write reports and design and deliver effective presentations. You will also be highly motivated, with the ability to plan, manage and prioritise your own workload as you will be working to tight deadlines.

The ideal post holder will have a formal analytical qualification, or equivalent experience, and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software is essential.
