There is now an exciting opportunity to join the Employment & Wellbeing Team as an Advisor, supporting the delivery of the People Directorate Agenda. At a tactical level, you will be supporting the Lead Advisors and advising the Business on short to medium term people related issues. You will be responsible for your own case work from informal to formal, advising and training Line Managers on Policy & Procedures relating to Employment Relations (generalist HR work) to include performance and attendance management.

You will need to be able to demonstrate some experience of attendance and performance management, together with the ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally. You will have strong problem solving skills. You will be part-qualified or working towards your CIPD or equivalent qualification.

The role is most likely to be based at Amersham but you will be working for two Lead Advisors covering High Wycombe, Amersham, Slough and Maidenhead and as a result regular travel will be required meaning access to your own transport is essential.
