The IT Systems and Business Process Training team are looking for trainers with control room radio skills to join our training team delivering induction training to Contact Management staff (Call Handler, Dispatch and Radio training). Staff with call management experience will also be considered. You will also be involved in the roll out and business as usual training on the new Contact Management Platform.

Although a recognised training qualification is desirable, it doesn’t matter if you don’t have one, as we will support you in gaining two qualifications within the role. These are:

  • NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Learning & Development

  • SFJ Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement

You will need to have a flexible approach to working hours. We work Monday to Friday with Bank Holidays and Weekends off.

You will need a full UK driving licence as you will be training at different training centres across the force (e.g. HQ’s North and South – in Kidlington, Abingdon, Sulhamstead and Milton Keynes).
