In this role you will work closely with the JOU and Public Order Training in relation to training, events and exercises. Act as liaison with Heyford Park Management. Manage and maintain a common standard of building and facilities maintenance service relating to the upkeep of police premises which will include all aspects of Health and Safety, security and fleet management.

A good standard of education is required, together with computer literacy to use the Microsoft Office packages. You will have achieved, or be prepared to work towards, membership and qualification from an appropriate professional organisation (e.g. Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (Level 3). You will have the ability to manage and prioritise your own time as well as that of your team whilst using your own initiative and working unsupervised.  Experience within a maintenance/building role are essential along with the ability to undertake minor repairs and act as a general handyman.  A full UK driving licence is essential for this role due to travelling to different locations across the Force and undertaking assignments in a timely manner.
