Part time post, 20 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until 31st March 2022

Location is Bicester but this can be flexible providing you can travel to Bicester and Kidlington when required.

In this role you will provide efficient, effective, confidential and comprehensive admin support to the TVCJB Programme Manager and other members of the support team.  Duties will include preparation of minutes, agendas, delegate packs, annual reports, newsletters and liaising with other agencies. 

You will be educated to A Level or NVQ 2 standard or equivalent, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely gained from experience of working in a demanding office environment.   The ability to work on your own initiative whilst prioritising tasks is essential along with recent and relevant experience of maintaining good professional working relationships at all levels.  You will have the ability to negotiate and influence whilst demonstrating discretion, tact and diplomacy.  IT literate in Microsoft Office packages is also essential.  

If you are a permanent member of staff applying for this role, please note it will be offered on a secondment basis. Important: All secondments are assumed supported and that your line manager and Head of Department/Commander or Deputy are aware of your intention to apply. If the secondment is not supported then a strong business rationale must be sent to quoting the reference number for the role. 

Please note: Shift allowance, on-call or other job related allowances from the previous role will not be protected unless they are attached to the new role for the duration of the secondment.
