In this role you will provide day to day support to programmes and projects as directed, including monitoring of project/ programme plans, to ensure effective delivery and benefits realisation

The post holder will play a critical role within a small team; providing appropriate project related reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. You will assist with the management of strategic projects ensuring deadlines can be met.

The successful applicant will have a good standard of education (preferably to A level or equivalent) including excellent numeracy and literacy skills and relevant project/management experience or ability to gain appropriate skills

You will also possess proven ability to make decisions and establish priorities under conflicting demands, with excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines on own initiative and high level of attention to detail. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form effective relationships with stakeholders

You may be required to travel for business purposes on occasion and demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours, and you must be prepared to be security cleared to an enhanced level.
