An opportunity has arisen within the Force Intelligence and Specialist Operations department for an Intelligence Analyst (Operations) to work at Fountain Court, Kidlington. 

The successful candidate will be required to provide high level analytical support to assist in the targeting, disruption and detection of crime by analysing all available intelligence and information focussing on Serious and Organised Crime and areas of threat harm and risk. You will work within a small team producing analytical / intelligence products to support managerial, operational and investigative decisions. You must be an innovative problem solver with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and proficient in researching, interpreting and developing inferences from data.

Applicants must have substantial current role-related experience as an analyst in a police environment / partnership agency with excellent understanding of the National Intelligence Model and experience of delivering intelligence products, crime analysis tools, methodology and specialist software. Excellent written and oral communication skills, together with effective time management and a flexible approach to working are essential. You will be required to attend meetings and conferences both internally and externally thus a full driving licence is required. 

If successfully short listed you will be asked to deliver a 5 minute presentation when interviewed. Details regarding subject matter will be made available upon notification of interview.
