24 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment

Within this role you will deliver an effective and business focussed Organisational Design (OD) and People Change advisory service to managers at all levels across Thames Valley Police, advising at strategic and tactical level supporting officers and staff going through change. Work holistically as part of the wider People Operations team according to demand to advise and deliver a range of People solutions.

You will be CIPD qualified to Level 5 or part qualified with evidenced experience of working autonomously to deliver people change advice and lead people change activity

Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to adapt to all levels of the organisation and ability to communicate complex or specialist information to a non-specialist audience, facilitate workshops and deliver presentations. You will work with customers across the whole organisation.  You will be self- motivated and able to use your initiative and proactively develop your professional skills, ensuring knowledge, techniques and skills are kept up to date.  Excellent literacy, numeric and research skills are required for this role together with experience of using office software to a high standard.
