Admin Support Assistant & Reception
An opportunity has arisen within Property Services for an Administrative Support Assistant and Receptionist
In this job role you will provide an efficient and effective reception service to Headquarters South including access and other related security issues. Be responsible for providing/delivering a range of administrative support functions as required for the Property Services Department to perform its full range of function
You must have a good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills, and an NVQ Level 1 in Administration / Customer Services or proven experience in a similar environment. You will also be IT literate with experience in Word, Excel and Powerpoint with the ability to manipulate data from a variety of sources. It is essential that you have a proven ability to work as part of a team providing support and assistance as required along with the ability to communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organisation.
