TVP as an employer contribute 13.5% of pensionable pay into a member’s pension pot. You will be entitled to 24 days of annual leave per annum pro-rata for part time (plus Bank Holidays).

 

Working in policing has never been more challenging as we work together to make our communities safer. This role offers you the opportunity to be part of a team supporting both software and data solutions which impacts on frontline policing.

 

You will be an enthusiastic individual who is able to provide maintenance, monitoring and performance of managed applications including the investigation and resolution of incidents and problems. The ability to problem solve in a structured analytical manner is important. We recognise that professional progress is important and in this role, you will have the opportunity for continuous development.

 

You will be able to demonstrate:

 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proven customer focused approach.
  • Experience of using structured analysis techniques to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Able to achieve significant outcomes through influence and persuasion rather than direct line authority.

 

This role could be carried out remotely, with the occasional requirement for travel to Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police offices.
