The IT Service Desk Analyst acts as the first point of contact for both Thames Valley Police and Hampshire Constabulary. You will provide telephone and web chat support to end users, with the ability to explain complex information to different audiences. You will be an enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You will have analytical skills and good attention to detail. In this role previous experience of working in an IT Service Desk is considered essential.

 

The Service Desk is open 24/7, 365 days a year and you will get a 34% shift allowance on top of your salary.
