Our Research and Analysis Team produces high quality research and analytical products to support all areas of CTP SE business.  We are closely aligned to the Intelligence Management Function (IMF), the South East Regional Prison Intelligence Team (SERPIT) and CT Borders Policing (CTBP) however full research and analytical support is given to all 4 of the strands of Contest across CTP SE.

The successful candidate will provide high quality research and development packages and will be responsible for collating and assessing information and intelligence from a wide range of sources on identified individuals, organisations and thematics. This an exciting role which will involve assisting in the preparation and presentation of a variety of intelligence or evidential packages.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills including the ability to negotiate and deliver presentations. The successful candidate will be a good team player with relevant experience in an intelligence environment.

Due to the nature of the role, the role holder will require a full UK driving license and be able to travel across the South East Region. Working hours can be discussed at interview.

Due to the role requirements, it is essential that the post holder be prepared to be security cleared to Developed Vetting level.

This post is therefore restricted to UK nationals.  This is line with government requirements, supported by Cabinet Office policy and Section 82(2) to (4) of the Police Reform Act (2002), and is for the purpose of safeguarding national security, to ensure that any potential vulnerabilities are identified at an early stage.
