In this role, you will design and drive the strategic direction of the CCTV provision in Thames Valley Police. You will lead and manage both this provision and the partnership activity with Local Authorities in respect of CCTV. You will ensure an effective and efficient service is provided, negotiating Service Level Agreements with partners. 

You will have a Degree and / or relevant business qualification, or equivalent experience. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and the ability to negotiate effectively and work collaboratively with staff of all ranks and with partner agencies. You will have the ability to develop strategy, lead and manage change on a large scale effectively, as well as writing compelling business cases. Problem solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions is considered essential.
