In this exciting and challenging role, you will lead the successful delivery of business change and transformation programmes for Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTP SE) at force and regional level.

This will include programme definition, planning, resourcing, budget and programme governance. You will design, plan and co-ordinate all aspects of programme for the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO) to ensure the effective delivery of programme outcomes and benefits. You will direct the work of all Project Managers that are delivering projects within the programme and leadership of the wider programme team. You will lead and co-ordinate the proactive engagement of stakeholders and those impacted by change management and communications strategies. A significant part of this role will involve managing a specific estates change programme.

You will have recent and relevant experience in business change programme management, with proven evidence of successfully delivering and embedding significant change at a senior level and in a complex organisation. You will also have a good standard of education, with a relevant post-graduate or vocational qualification or equivalent experience. Excellent communication/interpersonal and organisational skills are also essential to the role.

This role is part of a national, regional and local network and as a result you will be required to travel for business purposes. This may include travel across the UK and is not limited to the south east. You will be asked to demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours in line with operational demand and occasionally this may require working away from home. For this reason a full UK Driving Licence is essential to the role.
