An opportunity exists for a People Advisor – Equality, Diversity and Inclusion to contribute to the delivery of the Force Attraction and Progression Strategy. You will work closely with the Recruitment Team, the Digital Communications Officer (Recruitment) and LPAs/Departments to develop attraction initiatives to help improve workforce representation, especially increase Black Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) representation at all levels within TVP. You will organise recruitment and engagement events across the Force and be involved in the development and enhancement of TVP’s employer brand.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate some experience in delivering people solutions and interventions with a commitment to continuous professional development. Proven ability to build effective working relationships and previous involvement in implementing business change initiatives is important. A keen and demonstrable interest in issues affecting people from diverse backgrounds and under-represented groups is essential. More importantly, the successful candidate is someone who can use their initiative, have effective communication skills and a passion to drive change in our workforce.

Vetting.  All posts require a level of Police Vetting as per the National Vetting Code of Practice.
