This role provides an exciting opportunity to be a solutions architect within a dynamic organisation, where you will be responsible for the design of ICT infrastructure across public, private and hybrid cloud, from problem definition through to requirements gathering, solution design and handover for implementation. 

You will be an enthusiastic individual who is able to produce high quality designs, providing in-flight oversight and design governance throughout project deliver and who works well with the wider organisation, external vendors and deployment partners. 

Your extensive knowledge of modern ICT technologies will enable you to produce conceptual, high-level, and low level-designs for services including Microsoft 365 modern management (Intune & MEM); SCCM; Power Platform; Virtual Desktop Infrastructure; Public Cloud (Azure and AWS IaaS, PaaS and SaaS); Robotic Process Automation and Digital Policing initiatives. 

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • A proven background in solution architecture, design & management, with experience gained in architecture roles in secure environments.
  • A breadth of technical knowledge and experience, including:
    • Modern management and hybrid identity, including an understanding of Single Sign-On and identity federation.
    • Endpoint OS & software lifecycle, connectivity, management, security & compliance.
    • Robotic Process Automation.
    • Microsoft Power Platform.
    • Data centre networking, storage, networking, and virtualisation.
    • Public and hybrid cloud, including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions and cloud migration.
  • Knowledge and experience of secure communication between multiple systems, including Application, Data, Cloud and Hybrid Cloud.

 

TVP as an employer contribute 13.5% of pensionable pay into a member’s pension pot.
