An opportunity has become available for a Business Assurance Officer to join the Security and Compliance Team, working within CTPSE.

As a Business Assurance Officer you will be responsible for testing the risk, efficiency, effectiveness and compliance of CT policies, procedures, systems and protocols in order to provide independent/objective assurance to the Head of CTP SE and the CT Network National Headquarters.  

The successful candidate should be keen, enthusiastic with the ability to collate and manage large volumes of data and create reports outlining their findings in a clear and concise manner. They will need to be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to all levels of personnel.

This role is part of a national, regional and local network and as a result you may occasionally be required to travel for business purposes mainly across the South East Region and occasionally throughout the UK. Therefore, the successful candidate will require a full UK driving licence. 

We support and encourage flexible and agile working and whilst this is a full time role we would consider reduced hours for the right candidate.

Developing our talent is important, there are a number of courses that are available to be completed as part of the training for this role.

Security is of paramount importance to us due to the nature of the role. You need to be a British National and resided in the UK for the past five years for Security Clearance (SC) and ten years for Developed Vetting (DV).  You will be required to successfully pass and maintain the relevant security clearance in order to perform the role.
