In this interesting role you will provide intraday (‘real-time’ performance monitoring, dynamic scheduling and short-term forecasting) support to operations through the effective use of technology, to ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively. You will also provide support to the resource planning function. You will monitor demand against forecast, identifying anomalies and monitor the department’s workforce management and real-time performance screens to advise supervisors of any non-adherence; to ensure that remedial action is taken to protect performance.

You will have highly competent IT skills (ability to use Word and Excel proficiently) with the aptitude to learn complex, bespoke technology and good IT skills. Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and work to deadlines and the proven ability to produce, interpret and understand management information is essential. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, mediate and resolve conflicts.

Rotating 4 week pattern working between 0630-0200 hours.
